AI production changes how a video is made. It does not remove the creator’s right to decide what is said with their likeness or the brand’s responsibility to use it within agreed terms.
Recorded consent and verification
Creators supply consent and reference materials privately. Identity, social account ownership, payout eligibility, and a sample are reviewed before a storefront goes live. Brands do not receive source likeness files, avatar models, or voice assets.
Approval belongs to a version
Both parties approve the exact production brief. A script or scope edit resets approval and timing. Each generated video then needs creator approval. Silence is not acceptance; reminders and operator follow-up do not authorize release.
All iterations stay in the order
A retry adds an iteration rather than replacing one. Brands can view and keep earlier outputs, including after accepting another version. Review copies have no publishing rights. Approved, accepted exports carry the order’s license, and all same-script iterations share its original expiry.
Licenses have boundaries
Licenses state channels, territories, duration, and permitted editing. Identity or model transfer, unauthorized training, misleading edits, and sublicensing to unrelated brands are prohibited. Creator-account advertising needs a separate agreement. Disclose advertising and AI use appropriately on each publishing channel.
Consent can be withdrawn for future work
Withdrawal stops new generation and pauses the storefront. Existing accepted licenses remain recorded under their agreed terms. Work in progress is escalated for resolution rather than silently released.
Production and distribution are separate milestones
Technical defects can receive up to two corrective attempts without a new brand charge, followed by operator resolution or a refund of the unfulfilled milestone. Creative retries are paid generation. A failed posting milestone does not revoke a successfully delivered video license.
Human review for exceptions
Custom licenses, claims, concierge scope, disputes, and failed deliveries need an explicit resolution. Use the order conversation to flag an issue and keep the decision with the order history.
